Kunzum Pass is close to 72 kms from Kaza. If you are coming from Kaza and going towards Manali then you have to pass through Kunzum Pass. There is Kunzum Mata Temple who protects the pass and tourist. Please keep Spiti region neat & clean.

Visited Kunzum pass on the way to Chandtra taal lake from Kaza, located over 15000ft, experienced extremely cold breeze, almost 1-2C weather, took blessings of Kunzum mata before moving to chandra taal. worth spending 30-40mins here.

This has to be a pit stop on your way from Kaza to Chandrataal. Its so high up that there's always bound to be a lot of wind and its gonna be cold. Very beautiful and worth a quick stop.
