I left the Meredith Wilson's Boyhood Home and went North to find my parked car. I happened to see the Park Inn Hotel. I had read about it in travel articles so I went inside. The desk clerk gave me a brochure that explained the history of the hotel and invited me to look around. I walked around to look... More

Who would have known that a brilliantly appointed and designed Frank Lloyd Wright hotel would be in Mason City. Not only is the design wonderful, the staff and accommodations are first class. This is a gem.

I was there for a event for people with disabilites and how to understand the government/ssi disabilty benefits, and how the people can learn how to better assist or help the government understand how to better help people with disabilites.

This is a wonderfully restored Frank Lloyd Wright designed hotel. It is beautiful and historic. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and ate twice (dinner and breakfast) at the 1910 Grille. The food and service were excellent! We also enjoyed the downstairs lounge and bar. The hotel offers a tour of the hotel and bank. It was fascinating! We... More

My husband is the FLW fan. Me, not so much. However, this hotel is beautiful. We stayed in a nice room. The bathroom was SPOTLESS. That is a big deal to me. The rest of the room was very clean except for two things. There was a lot of dust on the window sills and the windows were dirty inside... More

The hotel and down town is a really nice place to visit. We did not stay at the hotel and had dinner at there dining room. The hotel it self is really coll and a nice step back in time. The waitress was nice but not very up on the drinks or the menu. The food was ok.

This year our bi-annual FLW adventure was to Iowa. We made reservation back in Spring as the year before we waited too long and some of the other FLW homes were closed for the season. The story and renovation on this hotel are just wonderful. We stayed Friday and Saturday night and took the tour on Sunday before we left.... More

We stayed in the historic room. The room was quite small, but not uncomfortable. I enjoyed the having the 1910 hotel room experience. The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The tour is a must.

We visited The Historic Park Inn Hotel. The Hotel featured the Frank Lloyd Wright design. The architecture was amazing and the Compression Effect concept was very interesting. There was a wonderful skylight lit lobby.
