The Iowa 80 Trucking Museum was a dream of Iowa 80 Truckstop founder Bill Moon. His love for trucks and the trucking industry laid the foundation for this museum. Over 60 vintage trucks are on display, as well as antique signs and gas pumps. The museum also features the REO Theatre where visitors can enjoy watching films about trucks and trucking.

Just off I-80 and a stop that should be made even if you don’t want to stop in the world’s largest truck stop. Some of the trucks here qualify as truly historic. There were many “new” trucks in the display since we were last there in 2011. Advice: If going there with a vehicle longer than twenty-five feet, go into... More

We happened upon this incredible museum after a stranger stopped at our table while we were dining at Gramma's Kitchen across the street and informed us that we must see the Trucking Museum. Thank goodness he did, or we'd have missed it. This type museum isn't something we'd have chosen if we'd seen a billboard ad. There is no admission... More

Very well organized and a lot of beautiful trucks and equipment. There were a lot of trucks that I did not know existed.

I have been to the museum several times with family and friends. I love seeing the vintage trucks on display and am always educated in reading the "quick read" facts about each truck. The trucks, signs, pumps, etc bring back a lot of memories from days gone bye.

I enjoy looking at antique trucks. Having been raised on a farm and hearing tales about Studebaker trucks, etc. It was good to see these beautifully restored trucks in person.
