The Iowa 80 Trucking Museum was a dream of Iowa 80 Truckstop founder Bill Moon. His love for trucks and the trucking industry laid the foundation for this museum. Over 60 vintage trucks are on display, as well as antique signs and gas pumps. The museum also features the REO Theatre where visitors can enjoy watching films about trucks and trucking.

Many truck makes I had never heard of before are on display. Some of the trucks have working history and production details. The trucks that have gone through restoration are very well done and seem to have an accurate account of their service.

My husband and I stopped along the way to Idaho and we are so glad we did. Need a break from driving, this is well worth the stop.

First off, you are going to see some really unusual trucks, even some you have never heard of I promise. And then you will see some trucks that had unusual purposes like a corn sheller mounted on a truck chassis. I spent a lot of...More

We do indeed have some very interesting trucks on display. The corn sheller and the well drilling rig are quite the contraptions! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your visit and hope you can stop in again sometime.

Truck Stop was a bit disappointing, but the museum made the detour I took well worth it. Every truck was awesome and when I showed my nephew and niece, they want to visit the museum now

Trucking museum is extremely well done. Several of the trucks are the only one of their kind left. The signs are also vintage auto and truck memorabilia. Allow about an hour to view the trucks. There are close to one hundred displayed. There is a...More

Just incredible to see literally the evolution of commercial vehicles. It smelled like the old days in there when vehicles were built real.

It is quite the evolution to today's rigs. It is hard to imagine the hardship that drivers endured bouncing around in some of those trucks! We are glad you were able to visit us and hope that you'll come again soon.
