My husband and I spent a pleasant hour here. The displays in the nature center were well done. Especially enjoyed the outdoor cages of local birds and bobcat.

Cheap and family friendly. Fun way for the kids to explore nature. Easy paths to walk and plenty to do both indoors and outdoors.

Great for kids I think. Still fun for adults. Animals, info, fish hatchery and small butterfly walk through. Shaded spots to sit when outside and playground for the kids.

We visited and enjoyed the butterfly house with many monarch butterflies (so rare now) were flying between flowers. Our 2 year old grandson enjoyed the Nature Center exhibits, especially the diorama with the calls of the various animals available. We also found the snakes and reptiles, screech owls and other animals interesting. Watching the prairie dogs scampered through clear tubes... More

Great for all ages. Bald eagle and other assorted things both on the ground and in the air. Staff is very informative. Fish hatchery is interesting too.
