This museum tells it all for Leavenworth. The tunnels used in the mid 1800s, the black history of the town and quite a bit about the fort. All that I can say is that if you are in Leavenworth you should visit this museum.

This place has some very interesting facts about Leavenworth. Takes you into some tunnels used over a hundred years ago, and gives you the history behind them.

Phenomenal collection. A must see for every generation. The knowledge and passion the tour guide brought excitement and understanding to a very dark time in US History from an unheard perspective. First visit, July 2017.
