We had some time to kill before meeting some friends and decided to check this place out. I think it was $3 per adult to enter and kids were a little less. They have some different insects that you can hold, which is kind of...More

One of our favorite things to do for an hour. Educational and fun. You can hold some on the insects if you wish. In the spring and summer, the gardens are beautiful to see also.

Arrived at the Insect Zoo during a recent daytrip. My 16 year old son decided the first stop in Manhattan would be the Insect Zoo, as he has a thing for "nature". We were unable to talk mom and the two girls into going in...More

The KSU Insect Zoo is for those people who have some level of interest in insects. They may love them or hate them or just have some level of fascination. It is a relatively small museum; however, insects are, themselves, small; therefore, it doesn't take...More

We've taken the grand kids a couple times, there's still plenty to learn as adults and kids are always teaching us that!

Spend about 1 hour here with two 7 year olds and a 3 year old. Friendly staff. Very small building but, lots packed inside! Priced very reasonably. Enjoyed touching a tarantula and a cockroach.

This is a fun and unique experience for the whole family. Who knew an insect zoo could offer so much in such a small space? Doesn't cost a bundle and the staff is always willing to share their knowledge.
