Love to go here in evening to view luminary Christmas lights. This is a natural place where families can visit the trails and walks lighted for the holidays. Only on weekend nights in December.

The weather was cold and wintery but not windy and the park was beautifully set up. Lots of tents along the way with musicians. Hot cider was great. There are about 3000 candles lighting the path as well as electric lights along the way. We...More

This was our third year attending the luminary walk. What a disaster! The first year we went it was completely overcrowded and we spent more time standing than walking in almost complete darkness. The second year, we thought we would try again. This time there...More

Review for 11/25/17 visit. First time visitor. Oh my goodness, just save your money and go anywhere else! The media hype for this event is shameful. The organizers allowed far too many in at one time for the paths to be safely walked. It felt...More

We enjoyed the Luminary walk and would recommend going early, it is prettier in the twilight. It gets crowded very fast and the backup of traffic and parking gets pretty bad after the first hour. It would be nice if they had one “adults only”...More

Thus is the best kept secret in Overland Park. The grounds are spacious and manicured to perfection. The seasonal flowers and plants are a thrill to see. The walking trail is interesting, explorative, educational and a healthy stroll. Great snacks inside!!!

Went to look and walk around. Oh my goodness! So beautiful and the grounds are so neatly kept. The flowers were jaw droppingly gorgeous and the smell was amazing! I highly suggest you take your loved ones to this beautiful place!

Yes it's as you come in, in the back of the nature center. I've never eaten there yet they do sell veggies and flowers to plant in your yard and the prices are extremely cheap compared to the garden stores.

You can find the Overland Park Arboretum on Facebook. I believe you can also do a web search for them and get the info there. I get emails from them a lot, but don't remember getting one so far about wine tasting. Maybe a... More
