The farmstead is closed for the winter, but they do a nightly light show to Christmas music, so you can sit in your warm car, tune into their station and watch the lights. It was good, but I do hope they add to it each year.

I went here on a school field trip. Its great for the children to get up close to all the farm animals. It is extremely well maintained, and is safe for little ones. I highly recommend this to anyone with young children.

Took my kids few times this summer. Great place for kids to see pet animals and feed them. My son liked fishing - looks like the fishes were trained to bite the hook even when there's no bait!!! If you never fished before, just go there and i am sure you will get quite a few easily. The goats are... More

We took our three year old cousin here and he loved it. It's fun for the adults to watch the kids too. The wind chime forest is a secluded surprise

Now that Christmas is here, Don't miss the light show set to music....really good. Bring to cookies and sit in the car. Great place for birthday's and just to go and walk around.

Just a nice place to walk around and enjoy a pleasant setting with non-zoo animals and atmosphere. Great for children for getting close and friendly.

Took our grandchildren there and it was fabulous. They have wagons there to put your small children into and just so many things for them to see and touch. The older children have many activities like tricycle riding, pony rides, panning for gold, etc. to do. It can keep small and older children entertained for hours.

We took a little autistic boy there this summer. He loved the park. His favorite place was the large teepee. He looked up at all the drawings and wildlife. The pond was a bit dangerous we came out of the tee pee and he saw the ducks and started to run after them. We had to take him home after... More

Truly loved taking the Girls Scout to Deanna Rose. We had over 150 girls and this place could accommodate us without long lines. The parents loved the close interaction between the animals and their kids. I wish I had taken my girls when they were young! Also, it's inexpensive and they have specials during the week.
