I stopped here on a cross country roadtrip with my Dad. I am used to drink high end wine and didn't have high expectations for Kansas. But expectations be damned - it was great wine. And the scenery is beautiful. We went on the tour but ended up walking out after only a few minutes. I really enjoyed the people... More

While traveling with friends, we stumbled upon this gem hidden in rural Kansas. We met Adam, the delightful, knowledgeable and fun proprietor of this lovely winery. After tasting all the wines they offer, we purchased a glass of our favorites and enjoyed a relaxing view of their small but beautiful winery. Each of us found not only a favorite wine... More

I love this idea and this place. They've done a nice job with the tasting room, event center, wedding space, deck/observation, and clever wine naming. The staff is friendly and helpful. The view is appealing and we enjoyed ourselves. Tour guide fellow, please speak up. We are here to hear you. And be enthusiastic. What you do and where you... More

Grace Hill has a good number of wines. We tried several of them and had a hard time deciding which to buy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

When we stopped at Grace Hill, the proprietors were busy with other customers, that they clearly knew personally. My gf and I were barely greeted and no interaction occurred until checkout. Wines are pretty darned good though. Very small retail area, hard to move about. If in the area, stop by, but don't make a special trip to the winery.... More

drink wine while sitting on the rooftop and watch the chickens chase grasshoppers through the little vineyard on a sunny afternoon. this is a refreshingly unusual place for the area, i would probably rate it very good even if the wine was terrible, it's not. don't go here even remotely expecting sonoma valley(of course you're going to be utterly "disappointed"... Wineries are pretty much all the same in my opinion. But the cool thing about this winery is that it gives volunteers the opportunity to help with the harvest in exchange for lunch and wine afterward. My husband and I visited on one of these harvest days, but sadly arrived in the afternoon, missing the morning harvest. Volunteer harvest days... More

Grace Hill Winery, located north of Wichita in Whitewater, KS, produces high quality wines - both the traditional Midwestern sweet varieties as well as wonderful dry reds that would rival many California wines in a blind tasting. GHW owners host sell-out events throughout the year which include Fall/Spring Release Parties, Food/Wine Pairings, weekly Wine Tastings, and fun holiday and harvest... More

Nothing special about this winery or worth the trip. Disappointed in the wine tasting & was worse when we brought it home.
