Great place to start understanding all things bourbon. While it was downtime for the factory we where able to get closer to the process. Our tour guide Katy knew her stuff.

We didn't do the distillery tour but were given a free tasting, which was awesome. The guide doing the tasting was so funny and we really enjoyed our short time here.
