We love this park!

Lots of great trails for everyone, short and long. The museum is very interesting. I recommend this park to anyone, at any age.

Audubon has really nice trails for hiking and or running. They offer several different paths that you can choose for however far you want to hike or run.

Great for casual, short hikes in town on nice days. Limited parking, only one dog trail, overpriced cabins, paddle boats, tennis courts and golf course on site

I love visiting Audubon State Park each fall during the month of October. A great place to get away for the day or over your lunch hour.

Visited this park in November with some friends and we really enjoyed it. Very convenient and free to enter. We hiked a couple trails which were excellent. We also rented a camp site for a night. I grew up here in Henderson and this was the family place to go for picnics, reunions, etc. It is a great place for nature, camping, picnicking and also to enjoy the John James Audubon museum to see his naturalist art work. I had not been in several years, but it brought back wonderful memories and I intend to visit... More

I would encourage anyone who has not visited this beautiful park to take some time to check out all that it has to offer. The museum has plenty of art and history regarding John James Audubon. They also host art showings for local artists. The trails are great walking trails through the woods. They offer RV Camp Sites as well... More
