Seen these hills many times from the nearby M5. A ridge of hills overlooking the expanse of flat valley floor of the Severn - Avon in one direction and I guess wye in the other. Lots of well marked tracks and footpaths and easy access...More

We visited yesterday, parked near the Worcester Beacon car park, as the car park itself was full. Managed to find free Street parking. The walk up the hills, it was amazing although the first smaller hill had a much quicker incline so appeared more challenging...More

What can I say lots of walking and plenty of fresh air. My daughter 14 and son 10 both loved it and the few berries we picked washed and ate. Perfect weather and the little ice cream parlour just over the road perfect and cheap...More

Everyone can enjoy a walk on the malvern hills ! No matter what ones ability is. And it's free - well apart from parking , you'll pay to use car parks on the hills. So try finding parking near by !

Been here for an annual walk for the last 10 years or so. Superb views. Good paths. Easy access from several stations to give different route options. Always a great day out.

A good climb on a sunny day is breath-taking. The views are to die for. Peace and quiet, and views of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

There are a variety of ways to the top of the Worcester Beacon and walk another hour or so and you are at Base Camp in Herefordshire. You can choose to walk over the top of all the hills or you can choose the path...More

Parked in a car park and walked to the point, great views would recommend, the path is tarmac so pushchair friendly, it can get steep at times

On a very warm English Summer's day the relatively gentle walk up initially through wooded slopes to the top is rewarded with stunning views for miles and miles. Great dog walking countryside. Very very safe.

The best way is to get a train to Great Malvern Station (better than Malvern Link) and walk up Avenue Road into the town. From Belle Vue Terrace take the signs to St Ann's well and keep going up! This will take you up to the... More

We had our own car. Nowadays trains can carry bikes on board. Maybe take the train then cycle to the hills. Park your bike (lock it up) then do the walk.
