Pulled off I65 N for a snack and saw the little sign for Fire Studio and Gallery ... we decided to check it out ... and were glad we did! The shop has a assortment of colorful works large and small, all of which are reasonably priced. The glassblower was eating lunch, otherwise we would have been able to watch... More

We had seen a sign for this studio once before and decided to visit since we were close by. The glass blowers were not there the day we stopped. Lots of interesting glass in the showroom. You can walk through and watch when they are working and even do your own blowing for a fee.

My daughter and I went with a group. My daughter had strained her ankle the day before but we didn't want to cancel. They were very accommodating. We were there to make Christmas ornaments. We got to choose the patterns and design. Then we got to go to the back and watch. It was neat.

We enjoyed watching the turtles being made. Paula provided information about the technique and answered our questions. We plan to return on our next trip through to make our own. We purchased a colorful pair interlocking candle holders. Enjoyed the hospitality. The cafe no longer exists.

Hawks View Glass Gallery is a beautiful place to visit and see how glass creations are made from beginning to end. Although the Cafe is no longer in operation the Gallery is open to view and purchase hand made items. There is a viewing area to watch the artists work with the glass and tours are available. You can even... More

We met some friends for a delicious lunch then toured the glass studio which was wonderful! We were so impressed with the glassworks that we asked to make a piece ourselves. Right away we were told that one of the artists would work with us within 10 minutes, even though we didn't have a reservation. Great experience and we have... More

Stopped in for a business luncheon and have returned several times. You may watch artisians work on their blown glass artwork while you eat. Most of the art work is for sale. You can even schedule a time to learn to blow your own Christmas ornaments. Food is good and served pretty quickly.
