This is a really fun place with good ford, local entertainment and a good selection of reasonably priced wines, spirits and beers.

We went for the improv show, which was awesome and loved the food. The gooey butter cake was delicious. The Reuben was fantastic.

Really enjoyed my time here. Enjoyed several good local beers on tap. Nice bartenders and locals filled the place. They also have an event room where things were going on. Seems like they use it for various shows and group meetings. Cool place.

As a native Louisvillian, I am disappointed this was my first visit to The Bards Town. The food was quite good, the service was tremendous and the play was excellent! I'd highly recommend the Diablo pasta with either chicken or sausage--both quite delicious.

A very laid back community. Wear comfy shoes and enjoy! Cuisine ranges from Ethiopian to Sushi and all points in-between. Be sure to save a few hours to browse the many shops, thrift stores, and book-store.
