We were traveling through Cave City on our way to Nashville, TN and we made a quick stop at Diamond Caverns. We have two kids 8 and 11 whose interest was kept the entire time. The tour guide Aly was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour. It wasn't as claustrophobic as I thought it was, but I would not... More

After touring the Domes and Dripstones of Mamouth Cave we decided to do this cave and it was easier and had more to see or close to the same. The tour group was small and I'm glad we toured this cave. While not as big the cave formations were impressive.

We did the Cave tour with two younger children. I'm not sure how large the tours can be depending on demand, but our tour size was approximately 15 and we were close enough to hear all of the great information provided by our friendly guide. The length was good for our family, and we received a little history lesson during... More

we went to hidden river, mammoth self guided, and this place. best rock formations I saw were here. great tour guide. kids tolerated it well. took 1.25 hours. there are stairs to climb. FYI when its peak season (went early in spring break) it fills up fast as their tours are (thankfully) smaller groups. I was there at 840 and... More

This private "show cave" is so different from a cave tour we took at Mammoth Cave National Park. Seeing both caves really opens your eyes about how different caves can be. This cave was warm and humid. Very active in that it was dripping with water. The formations are still growing and there was beauty everywhere you looked. Our guide... More

Their website states that the tour is strenuous, but I don't agree at all. We also went to the Domes & Dripstones tour at Mammoth, which is listed as moderate, and it was much more work than this tour. We had two people in their mid-60s and they went slowly, but without issue through the entire tour. We also had... More

We stumbled on the Diamond Caverns because we weren't able to get into the Mammoth Caves as all the tours were sold out. We were happy that we were able to get a tour of the Diamond Caverns without booking ahead, we just showed up and we were able to get a tour right away. The tours run about every... More

We ended up here by accident after the tours at Mammoth Cave were sold out. What a gem! The formations were breathtaking. The tour lasted about an hour and did have a couple steep flights of stairs and low hanging rocks. Watch your head! If I had to pick just one cave to visit in the area this would be... More

Cave was great. It is a wet cave so wear proper shoes and a jacket. Tour guide Ali was entertaining and informative. Whole family enjoyed it. There are some steep stairs at the beginning and no bags/purses are allowed.

Best cave I've ever been to! Tristan was very knowledgeable as our tour guide and very interactive as he included the whole group in questions and information about the caves history and detail. Keep it up!
