More than a museum, the Prairie Acadian Cultural Center is also a music hall and a kind of public kitchen, where cooks prepare Cajun specialties for the tasting.

Be sure to watch the video about the journey of the Acadians to Louisiana. Gives perspective into the lifestyle of the people. Nice displays of what their lives were like.

We travel to Eunice several times a year and are always pleased w/the activities at the cultural center, they never disappoint.
