The Cathedral is beautiful and an historical wonder. We enjoyed the mass , it was a children's mass. We took pictures and lit candles for our family . We will attend mass here again .

This is a beautiful, old church. We were there for a Sunday Mass. It's worth seeing even if you don't attend a service.

Beautiful church modernized but still captures the Cajun spirit. Free with air con. The stained glass windows are among the most beautiful that we had ever seen. Really need a car to get to, but UBER I am sure can deliver.

Solemn mass for a recent death of one of our police force. Also first responders, etc...church was full. However, sound system in church is difficult to hear from due to severe echo.

We had a guide tour of St. John's Cathedral. The guide was very interesting and knew her history and facts of the cathedral. I brought a group of fifth graders a few years ago. Super tour!!!

The cathedral and its history are worth a stop and don't forget to visit the cemetery behind the cathedral, typical.

They were having a funeral mass so we were not allowed to go in. We were able to tour the grounds and take photos. I am not sure, but I think it would be OK inside.
