Nice church on the outside and grounds. We only looked around the outside and took a look at the statue of Evangeline which is located to the rear of the church.

This is a beautiful old church inside and out. I heard it is one of the oldest in the area and the history of the people that built it is quite fascinating.

One of the oldest churches in the south. Beautiful interior, as well as, exterior grounds. The church square is surrounded by historic charming buildings in a town once called "Petit Paris".

The church is gorgeous filled with stained glass windows and statues. The grotto was very impressive and the grounds were well kept. The statue of Evangeline is in the grounds of the church

I might be answering this twice, not sure that first answer actually went through. Last time we were there, in last year or so, the pipes were still visible in the organ loft/choir loft and the organ was still in place... More
