This is a bridge, not much special. It used to be lit in neon, but not now. It is is nice old bridge but like many seen before.

Man, they spent all that money putting lights on that bridge and it's not worth any one driving here to see it. Meaning don't make a special trip because you will be wasting your time. I drive over this bridge going to the down town...More

The lights have been removed due to the vibration caused by vehicle traffic (go figure). But if you go below the bridge while at the Louisiana Boardwalk, it makes for an interesting view of the construction of a 1920s era bridge. I think it's interesting,...More

It was at one time a festive bridge to see at night but Shreveport has let maintenance go. No lights or very few these day. Sad.

It was interesting how the El Dorado Casino butts right up to the edge of the road as you are entering the bridge. Nice views crossing this magnificent bridge. Probably would be better at night.
