This is a quaint little area in Slidell but Check 1st to make sure they are open. We went on a Sunday on our way to Biloxi Miss & all but 1 store were closed. I was disappointed but the store that was open was very nice. It has a lot of places and is easy walking.

The Antique District is a great place to wander and find some wonderful items. I have gone there looking for specific items and just generally looking and usually come away with great finds.

If you are into antiques or just some awesome items from childhood, this is the place to go. Quaint shops that provide all those memories of growing up. All within walking distance in Olde Town.

There are so many beautiful things to look at here, and plenty of shops, so if you don't find what you are looking for in one, you might in another. And most of the prices are very reasonable.

I was excited to go to Olde Town to antique shop and, while it was quaint and interesting, I guess I just expected more. It is all located close together so you can do the walking tour. There was one store that had an abundance of antiques and memorabilia but the rest was disappointing. There was a furniture restorer shop... More

The Slidell Olde Towne area is a growing section of town that has great character, wonderful restaurants and great retail stores (antiques, art, apothecary, etc). There is always something going on whether it be a monthly "street festival", street fairs, sidewalk sales, etc. Great place to spend some time and some money.

Went to a child's birthday party given at one of the pavilions. A lot of space for the children to play (great playground with nice equipment). Always a breeze .from the surrounding bayous. Very clean grounds and pavilions. Slidell should be proud of this quaint little park in the middle of town and easy to get to. Excellent parking spaces... More
