The rocks and the waves, the fisherman's museum, and the lighthouse itself are delightful spots in which to reflect on the long history of Maine and the sea.

We were rambling around Maine, part leaf-peepers, part history buffs, and this was one stop. What a beauty! I love a lighthouse that you can walk up and touch and this is one of those. The views are incredible, the drive is an easy one,...More

This place is a must visit for us each year. This year was even more spectacular as the monarch butterflies were also visiting. The little art gallery is charming and there are good facilities after a long drive.

The Pemaquid Point Lighthouse is a scenic lighthouse on the rocky shores of Maine. It's easy to get to. Parking is right in front. Good historical information provided at their small museum.

We stopped off during a New England roadtrip. Only needs 15 mins or so to admire the view and the lighthouse’s setting.

Since we were "tourists", I am not aware of a season. I believe the lighthouse to be open all year around. Of course, some winter storms may cause a temporary closure. Hours are "day light" hours.
