This old monument was build by portugese in the 18th century. This historical monument shows light on the kind of rulers the city had.

The monument is very old which was build by portuguese and you can find the history of the ancient place over here.

One of the ancient seminary from long time back once kings ruled. Lot of historical stories behind this and good

Vypeekotta Seminary is a part of Muziris Heritage Site of the state of Kerala. This historic site was built by Portuguese and was used was a college to teach Christian priests of Malabar about the ceremonies and language to be used in Roman Catholic Churches.

The Vaipikkotta(actual spelling as per ASI) seminary was supposedly built in the 16th Century by the Portuguese. Adjacent to the ruins of the seminary is a Syrian Catholic Church. The present structure was rebuilt by the Portuguese, the original having been built around 1577. The...More
