There are fun shops to peruse (many of which are home oriented) and great, locally, sourced food across a bunch of different cultural cuisines. The downtown is beautiful, Bowdoin College's campus located close by and there is a park in the middle of town. The only draw back is the lack of parking.

We often park the truck and walk up and down Main e Street stopping in at places which interest us. We often go to the big brick antique marketplace, always something interesting and different. We enjoy walking through the college to admire the architecture. Have also visited the Perry Arctic Museum as well as the Museum of art, often stop... More

If you have time, stop by Joshua's Tavern. The pace is friendly, food delicious and accommodates both business and family partons.

Pedestrian friendly, and lots of great restaurants. Spent the day wandering around. Cute shops, too. Sea Dog Brewing Co is just over the bridge.

Brunswick is famous for its extra wide Main Street and for it's green space, the mall, on the upper end. It has a lot of restaurants, cafés and stores, typical of a college town.

We come back to Brunswick and Harpswell every year to visit family and friends. We like the little stores along Main Street.
