Very convenient to town and where the "action" is. Clean, quiet, price reasonable. Grounds are beautiful and the breakfast is fabulous.

Very peaceful place and beautiful to look at. Nice gift shop, worth the stop if you are looking for that special religious gift. Stop in the chapel to light a candle.

Depends on your outlook but externally this is such a beautiful and majestic setting. Weddings or raves equally at home here I would suggest.. ample parking and you would not know it's there. Drive right in and park up behind the alter area. Done!!

You need to call and inquire.... Maine in general is dog friendly (we took our dog this year 2016) But we carefully checked all our lodging and dining choices (btw- call!!!!! Some places do not advertise ok for well mannered... More

Not sure where the Prelude is - there was loads of parking a one min. walk from the modestly in a large parking lot.
