We did a day trip to monhegan. The boat was on time and and the crew were professional and knew what they were doing. Smooth slow ride on the Elizabeth Ann. Took about one hour. Tickets were $35 for the round trip. Boat had an upper viewing area and an enclosed lower area with two bathrooms.

Wonderful ride to a wonderful destination. Gave you the real feel of what a boat ride it is like after you pass the local islands and feel the chop of the open ocean. Stood on the front deck and got soaked! Loved it! Anywhere else on the boat, you will remain dry. If you get seasick easily, you might want... More

Great way to get to Monhegan island. Efficient crew, captain was very knowledgable about the area. Weather was beautiful and sea relatively calm. I enjoyed watching the crew load supplies and luggage for visitors and business. I only did a day trip out of port Percy and want to return again and spend more time

We lucked out with sun, blue skies, and calm Seas. 1 hour @15 minute ride to Monhegan. Just the right length to enjoy the views, the air, and chat with fellow passengers or a bit of your book.Very friendly captain and crew.

I truly must commend the crew at Monhegan Boat Line, from the cheerful clerks who reserve your spot to the parking attendants (who have hearts of gold), to the Captain and crew on the boat! These folks love what they do, serve others...and help in absolutely every way possible, and with no promotors from clients...these folks know what needs done... More

This is one of the very best things to do in Midcoast Maine. We traveled out there on August 15th. It is surely something we will remember all our lives. The crew is accommodating, the boat was comfortable, we met many great people on board and enjoyed the beautiful trip to the island with my family and dogs. This in... More

We both enjoyed this 3 hour boat ride out to see puffins and other birds. Most of the puffins had left for the season, but the narrator did a great job sighting them and other birds. They provide binoculars, but not enough for everyone, so I suggest bringing your own if you can. We saw puffins in the water and... More

This 2 1/2 hour trip out to Eastern Egg Island is worth the $30 per person. You can experience lobster pots being hauled onto the boat, and can hold a live lobster if you wish. There is extensive information about lobster fishing as well as the waters over which you travel. We saw puffins, bald eagles and cormorants as well... More
