Allagash Brewing Company is dedicated to crafting the best Belgian-inspired beers in the world. Best known for our flagship beer, Allagash White, we also enjoy aging beer in oak barrels (beginning with the launch of Curieux in 2004) and spontaneously fermented beers (beginning with our traditional Coolship in 2007). Come up and visit us – we’d love to show you around.

Our guide seemed to know everything that was going on, but he gave a good brewing-for-dummies explanation for the rest of us. We visited on a weekend, outside of regular operational hours, and the tour was easy to follow and hear. We learned a ton...More

So fun! My husband and I went to Allagash on a Saturday afternoon and brought our dog. This place is definitely dog friendly, there were many other pups and water bowls spread about outside. Each person gets a free beer flight, and the beers were...More

We've visited breweries before, but were really impressed with what's happening at Allagash. Learned so much about Belgian style brewing and how they are bringing back historic methods like barrel aging, sours made with fruit, and Saisons. Best of all, their beers are delicious! It's...More

This was very fun and informative for all ages over 21. Meg was our tour guide and she really knew her stuff! The founder, Rob, seems to have really made a name for himself and a good product that gets bigger and bigger. His story...More

Transportation options from downtown? Uber? Shuttle service? This is on our to do list for our august Portland trip but don't want to be drinking and driving. Thanks!
