We saw whales! Odyssey explains at the beginning of the trip that there are no guarantees you will see whales--they aren't Seaworld, but we did see whales--fin backs and minkes. Keep in mind you are in Maine and will not see humpback whales coming completely...More

This review will cover not just the deep sea fishing service offered by Odyssey but the customer service as well. First off, the fishing experience was horrible. Not because no one on the boat even got a bite, but because the lack of knowledge it...More

Certainly not the fault of the captain or naturalist, but we saw very little of interest on our trip out. We did see two gannets and one harbor seal eating a fish. I knew things were grim when the naturalist or captain pointed out a...More

We did see whales on our visit although I thought we would get a bit closer. I can totally understand that we try to respect the whales natural habitat. There were also a few other things to see but nothing close enough to get a...More

We had a nice day even though there was a little cloud cover. We saw a few harbor seals on the way out and back in and some Dolphins cruising out to the bay. We had some crazy bat flying around us for a short...More

We took the tour in September and did not see any whales. I believe that April is a little early as the water is still very cold.
