A surprising view of natures wonder on a small scale of water falls and exposure of glacial effects and erosion. Well worth the stop to visit.

We stopped by on our way North on a “moose hunting “. Nice with leaves changing. Restroom in the area. Good spot to stretch your legs. No moose to be found

Hidden gem along Highway 17, nice pull off and picnic area by the falls and canyon. Small country store across the road with various gifts and some food including ice cream. Head to the bridge over the canyon for a good view of the waterfalls.

Plenty of parking, short walk from your car over the little bridge for a better view of the area. Clean outhouse available across the bridge and a gift shop with gold panning across the street.

I am so sorry for my delayed reply - I am not on here very often.... But to answer your question no hike is required. You can see a lot of the beauty from the parking lot / picnic area / bridge.
