There is not much to see but it is so nice to have access - unobstructed access to the Maine coast. Great place to put in your kayak or walk the dog. That's all.

Others have mentioned that the park is a great place to take your dog. Lots of people do just that. It's unfortunate that many leave the park without picking up after their dog. This is a beautiful ocean front park where your dog can run free, play ball, socialize with other dogs, and swim. It is set back quite a distance from the road, although the road (Mechanic Street) isn't an overly busy one.
