Great way to spend a fun, active day with kids

We had visited the park in the past for the water slides and promised my daughter that we would let her try the ropes course this summer. We did and had a great time (and a great... read more

We went here during a family trip to Bar Harbor. There is a lot to do in Acadia National Park but our kids were definitely getting antsy for something a little more focused on them. They LOVED our time at the fun park. They still talk about it. We went once when it was sunny and once when it was... More

The rope course was a lot of fun, but you need to have an adventurous spirit. My 12 year old son and I had a blast. Turned out my 15 year old daughter was afraid of heights, but she had no problem getting back down to the ground - the staff were very helpful (thanks Connor!). They have plenty of... More

We had visited the park in the past for the water slides and promised my daughter that we would let her try the ropes course this summer. We did and had a great time (and a great workout)! Some of the negative reviews suggest that the park features are not accessible to younger children. My daughter just turned 10 and... More

We rode the go karts which was a fun experience. The track is large and you get to go around a bunch of times. My kids also tried the bungee jump trampoline and they liked it as well. There are lots of other activities, but we didn't try them all. We did try some of the games in the arcade... More

This is a good fun park to visit. It has a good selection of rides. My favourite was the go karting. I didn't get much time to do them all, but they looked impressive ( especially the zip line! ).

My wife, two kids (ages 8 & 11) and myself spent a full (five hour) day here during our recent Acadia NP vacation. The kids loved it and it was a nice diversion away from the typical day of hiking/biking/kayaking/etc. The ropes course was very challenging compared to others we have visited out west but overall everyone loved it. As... More

This ropes course is deceiving. The guidelines on the website say 4 years and up, but due to it's difficulty and course levels, I think the age minimum should be 8 years and up. My husband and 13 year old had a fun time, but said it was very challenging. My 7 year old came down after half hour. (course... More

Went with family and the mini golf was too tough for kids ranging in age from 5-12 years old. Frankly, the adults had a hard time as well. The course wasn't that great. Next time, we will go somewhere else.

Vacation week in Acadia. We've had LOADS of fun at the beach, hiking, and eating but this will be our daughters' favorite part! Not too packed at all, great staff, clean facilities, lots of fun. Even the quality of the snack bar was a pleasant surprise. I hope they keep it up, this is a great spot to spend a... More

Some friends dragged me to Wild Acadia Fun Park for a long afternoon of fun. I was hesitant at first, especially because they wanted me to go on the ropes course and I have a fear of heights. We went on the ropes course and had an amazing time! I did get scared and have to come down early, but... More
