Went here for a family photo session. Very quiet, and lots of potential places for really great kids/family photos. Would consider coming back on my own... very peaceful and picturesque place.

Rockville, MD is a great place to raise a family and the civic center park is another great example of why. Another free activity that is family oriented and your kids will enjoy.

It's very well maintained, beautiful grounds; easy free parking; sledding on the grounds when it snows in the winter. My brother and sister-in-law had their wedding reception there and it was charming!
