Visited the home in winter with snow so can't say how nice the grounds look, but the home was a nice visit of a 19th century country estate and the guide (Julia) was superbly knowledgeable about the home and family that owned it. A nice...More

The Bradley estate is being revived with new landscaping and gardens. I visited with an organization I belong to and had a lovely tour of the gardens followed by tea in the estate. A great venue for a lovely walk or tour. The estate is...More

This property is maintained by the Trustees of Reservations. The historic house is interesting. The formal gardens are very attractive. There are well maintained woodland trails that provide easy walking. Insect repellent is recommended. There are restrooms. Worth a detour, but not a journey.

There are many things to recommend the Bradley Estate as a place to spend the major part of a morning or afternoon. The building itself is a good example of a turn-of-the-century Georgian estate house. The indoor tour consists of only about four rooms on...More

This place is amazing. It's kept in a colonial theme with very spacious rooms for any type of function. The grounds are kept up and offer a great location for photos. Added bonus plenty of parking and access to 128, 95, and the Boston skyline.

The house and gardens are something to see. I'm a runner so the small number of trails made for a quick dash in the woods. Worth the time, I'll have to go back in the spring.

The Bradley Estate is a great spot for a leisurely hike. Beautiful gardens to view in season. They also sponsor special events including music recitals, painting classes, lectures, photo walks, yoga, ballroom dancing and more.

While I have never been in the actual house the Grounds are beautiful especially in the Fall. I believe the house is only open for special occasions like Weddings and so forth. It is hugely popular for Weddings and when you g,o and can see...More

A beautiful old house with well maintained gardens, surrounded by fields and woods. Although the house itself is not open to the public every day, there is ample opportunity for walking and photography. Well worth the challenge of Route 138.

Hi JQM, thank you for the question. The main building is handicap accessible as are several of the paths, but access to the ornamental gardens would be tricky as you would need to descend a few steps.
