I love going to Historic Deerfield. you go back to a simple time and all the old houses are in great shape,the tour guides are very informative and a pleasure to talk with.it great for a one day trip or a weekend.

You can drive or park the car and walk around town. There are restaurants, shops, a museum and a lovely Inn (includes great restaurant and tavern). All in a lovely setting with plentiful parking.

Great way to get exercise/walking, while soaking up a lot of local history. Beautiful old houses/buildings to tour. The crisp autumn air and colorful trees add to the charm.
