Loved this lighthouse. The beach looked nice but a deep fog bank moved in for the rest of the day so we missed seeing much. It's the maritime atmosphere. What can you do?

This is such a pretty lighthouse. It is also at the beach and also walking distance from the three sisters lighthouses. What a great way to do three items in one stop.

Very nice lighthouse and beach area to walk along. We were here on a chilly afternoon and did not go in the water, but the beach area was nice for a stroll. The three sisters lighthouses were not really worth the short walk to see...More

The lighthouse stands across the road from the parking lot. It is still operational and not open t the public when we were there. However, a notice on the door did say that it is open at various limited times.

We were going to Nauset Light Beach and the lighthouse was right across from the parking lot. You can't miss it. I didn't try to take a tour (not sure if it was even offered while we were there), but I had to snap some...More

You can take a short walk on a trail to the light house but tours are only available in the summer. It's interesting to look around though. It still has a working light. It's close yo the beach and car park.More

There are a lot of lighthouses along the New England shoreline. But one of the most celebrated is the Nauset Light, officially known as Nauset Beach Light, a restored lighthouse on the Cape Cod National Seashore near Eastham, Massachusetts. Erected in 1923 using the 1877...More

Nauset Light offers a lovely view of the area and is a fun stop before or after visiting Nauset Beach in the National Seashore. The tours are "homey" but fun (if not always historically accurate).

Right now the 1986 beacons are shut off. The N.L.P.S. is replacing worn out parts. We will have it up and running as soon as the work is completed.Normally Nauset Light is lit 24/7 year round.

Dogs are allowed on the site if they are controlled as the National Seashore requires. They are not allowed in the tower itself.
