We were able to walk right over to the beach from the parking lot and was surprised on how clean it was and loved picking up lots of seashells along the walk! Water was pretty clear too!

It's a great beach for walking or just sitting and watching the waves come in. The water was still a little too cold to go in it but it was just a great walk along with the waves rolling in.

A lovely beach with probably a mile long or more of sandy beach. Great waves for surfing. You need to be a strong swimmer as this is the Atlantic Ocean!!

Lovely way to spend a few hours. We went by bikes hired in Edgartown which made parking a dream. Lovely beach and great to watch the biplanes flying from nearby airfield

My family loves the beach. It's got some surf, but not too much! It's perfect for the little kids as well as the adults.

Not sure about Shuttle bus. We hired bikes (very reasonable) and a great way to visit the many beaches & lighthouse along the way
