Love Good harbor or long beach! Gets a little crowded at high tide, especially considering the rain this summer!

Favorite place in Gloucester. The views and scenery are fantastic. White sandy beaches; fun boogie-boarding waves. Everything you'd want in a beach. Can walk out quite a ways without the water being over your head - the waves can hit hard though if you're not...More

Family beach due to shallow water canals and huge beach when Tide is out. Parking expensive: $25 /weekdays and $30/weekends......about the same as other Gloucester beaches.

We walked over (expensive to park) during low tide to check out the tide pools. Gorgeous views of granite and island that you could walk to during low tide.

The beach is within walking distance to some hotels but it helps to have a "beach buggy" to cart your chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. out the long walk to the water. Beautiful sandy/rocky beach - cold water but you can do it!

This beach is larger than I expected and very clean. The water is clear and fairly warm compared to some other New England beaches I've been to. When the tide is low there is a spot at the end of the beach that is shallow...More
