Limited skiing terrain that can be crowded on the weekends. If you are in skiing in the Berkshires, you may want to check out a few other locations as well.

We have been enjoying skiing and snowboarding (and tubing) at Ski Butternut for MANY many years, and -while it is a relatively small mountain, they do a VERY nice job of providing a very nice Family-oriented experience

We've been coming here for six or seven years because we like the family atmosphere, the size of the mountain (not too big, not too small), and the reasonable prices. The trails are good greens and blues, but this is not the place if you're...More

Beer and wine available in the upper lodge which is only open on weekends and holidays. It's a cafeteria, not a bar, though
