Loving Hall movie theater is a step back in time; current movies are shown in the theater your parents and their parents frequented back in the day. Seats have been upgraded recently ( though not the recliners of modern theaters) and the small, one screen hall has the feeling of a private screening. There is even a balcony for the... More

Love going to this little theatre and especially seeing some of the smaller movies that are not shown in the bigger cinemas. The popcorn is popped fresh the seats pretty comfortable but mostly we just cherish that this place as survived and encourage everyone within 10 miles to keep it that way!

The Loring is a Hingham landmark. They offer one movie at a time, typically a more sophisticated option than the other local theaters. This is a very old theater, with a balcony level. It is a great place to watch a movie. The staff is very friendly, and they have a nice snack bar.

Just a simple, old movie theater in a cute building. Nothing fancy, but feels homey and local (always see people you know, if you live in Hingham). I like it. Usually has an excellent movie.

Loving is a venerable old time movie theater that has been renovated and updated to a comfortable venue that shows he latest releases in the quaint convenience of Hingham Square. Definitely not the megaplex......and that's a good thing!!

This is a wonderful place to see a movie. It is a historic building in downtown Hingham. It is a far cry from the multiplex at the mall. There is a coffee shop and an ice cream store nearby along with both casual and fancy restaurants. It is a treasure,

This is a very nostalgic theatre. It is extremely quaint and shows wonderful Indy films and films that tend to play in smaller theaters. We have enjoyed every film we have seen here.

I am very tall and I can easily fit into any of their seats. This building is over 100 years old, what a fantastic place to see a movie. Staff is friendly, nice place. Easy parking.
