Kind of a hidden gem and a nice view of the river as well. children should be monitored as the river is right there.

Went here with husband and kids for something to do on a Sunday afternoon. It was really cool and we all enjoyed it. Gets you thinking about our world and our very short time here on the planet! Definitely a worthwhile activity.

As other reviewers have commented, you park and then take a very short walk to the site of the dino tracks. They are so cool! Anyone I've brought here have enjoyed themselves. It's nothing flashy, but it is cool history just steps away from the road.

This is a small park with one and only one attraction: dinosaur footprints, perfectly preserved! Incredible to see them out in the open instead of a museum. Highly recommend it.

The path is only a minute walk from the parking lot. Several footstep on a big flat rock surface. The tables are good explaining what to look for. Nice view of the river. Supervise the kids, so they don't run across the nearby rail tracks to the river.

If you drive on the US 5 out of Holyoke towards Northampton, you will see a small car park for this attraction. Free of charge. Fascinating to walk amongst dinosaur footprints. Some information but generally low key, which we liked.

To think that these dinosaur footprints are so close to home... It's amazing how defined they are, and there's so many! They're a small trek off the road, maybe 5 minutes; and a tad bit farther is the river. You can sit on the rock bank and look out onto the peaceful water and imagine what the land looked like... Not even 1/10th of a mile from the parking lot to the footprints but you go back in time 65 million years! I saw four different footprints and one of them is very distinct. The parking lot is very small, maybe 5 or 6 cars could fit. I had the place to myself on a Thursday at noon. Well worth... More

This is about 5 minutes off the highway and only about 100 yards or so off the road. It's a slab of rock with real, actual dinosaur footprints! You can walk along them, put your hands in them, see the tracks of a dino walking along the rock. There's also a spot where you can see ripples from the water.... More

Dinosaur foot prints is a quick hike down some rocks. The area is in no way the safest or safe. Lock car and don't go after the sun is sinking. This isn't a place to set out and make a day of, it's a side spot to swing by if in the area.
