Cape Symphony has blossomed during the past ten years under maestro Jun Ho Pak, who has stimulated the musicians with exciting and challenging works, and a steady stream of talented soloists from many genres. There are two series of alternate monthly performances: classical and pops, and its tough to pick which is more interesting! I have heard some of the... More

We have attended the last three annual Christmas concerts for the Cape Cod Symphony. The orchestra is very good and professional, but the conductor/director is fabulous. What an inspiring and entertaining personality. The guest this year was the Annie Moses Band, and they are an extremely talented family. The facilities are excellent and the staff are great

Came down to the Cape to see the "Passport to England" concert and was well pleased. Very professional and conductor Jung-Hok Pak's program did not disappoint. He is a most energetic and emotional conductor and his program was exceptional. From Handel's Water Music and Fireworks Suite to a baroque version of "Penny Lane," to Walton's Crown Imperial March to selections... More

We are so fortunate to have such a talented symphony here on Cape Cod. Every concert is well attended by locals. The variety makes going to every concert in the season worthwhile. Few, if any, have ever disappointed me! My desire would be to have a season ticket if I could swing it one of these years.

We love our visits to the Cape Symphony and always come away afterward feeling happy and entertained. The conductor is terrific and the programming is varied and interesting, and showcases great talents. The venue is comfortable with excellent sight lines--we sat back in the loge on one side and were comfortable and content. Our only minus is that the orchestra... More

I wish I lived in the area so that I could attend the excellent Cape Symphony more regularly, but I have been lucky enough to be there for each of the New Year's Day performances since they began. This year's concert was the best one yet - a terrific mix of lovely music and pure fun. The musicians were outstanding,... More

The CCSO has come a long way with the new conductor Jung Ho Pak. The holiday concert was festive, fun and energetic and the solo artists terrific. Wish I could still afford season tickets but go as often as I can.

I have been to the Cape Symphony intermittently since 1999 and have never been disappointed. In truth, the performances seems to be getting better and better. The quality of the featured artists is absolutely amazing for such a small venue. It sounds pretty humble--the auditorium of the Barnstable High School but the seating is very comfortable and the acoustics are... More
