The organ is beautiful, visually and musically. I've been to a wedding there and a casual evening with friends. Both occasions were lovely and dramatically enhanced by the organ music.

I've lived in the neighboring town of Salem for 14+ years and somehow never knew about this place last month. We stumbled upon it during a Methuen town fair at the Nevins Memorial Library library (which is also a cool place to see if you haven't) and were told that it happened to be open to the public that day.... More

I attended a friend's music recital there.The hall is gorgeous and they have got great acoustics.The organ is beautiful and sounds lovely.

This building was built to house This Great Organ ... By a wealthy man named Edward Francis Searles that lived in Methuen, MA. 01844 ... During The 1840's ... It is a must to see ... The workmanship is unbelievable ...Look up the history on the internet ... Very Interesting ...

Regardless of the performance, the Methuen Memorial Music Hall does not disappoint. Comfortable seating, small venue so there are no "bad" seats. Overall entertaining experience.

The organ concerts here are marvelous. We just wish more people were able to enjoy them. Organists come from several different countries and provide wonderfully diverse concerts.

Memorial Hall is exquisite! The acoustics are outstanding! But the process to have a private event there is painful. The caretakers are very possessive of the hall. There are many rules that make you question if you even want to be there. They probably feel that they have every right to be this protective. But in the end, their attitude... More

Concert series starts June every Wednesday evening up till Labor Day . Thickets at door. The history in this building. I'd awesome,. You would never think this beautiful musical instrument is located here . A must
