This is a really nice sanctuary very close to "civilization". The trails offer quite a bit of variety in scenery. Depending on when you go, you'll find all sorts of animals in the water. Definitely worth a visit!

A great big peaceful place just minutes from home. Walking trails year round and a snow shoeing paradise in the winter. So close but makes one fell so far away from everyday life.

Broadmoor is a truly wonderful series of nature trails and some nice hikes that leave you feeling completely removed from your suburban surroundings. There are so many wonderful vistas, ponds, woods, fields and other beautiful nooks and crannies. The only thing that is a little...More

Like all natural preserves, Broadmoor Wildlife Sanctuary welcomes its visitors in peace. The wildlife that’s there usually keeps scarce, except for the turtles, which are plentiful throughout the warm months of the year. A goose or geese offer their social nature as they float on...More

Wife and I spent a few hours walking some of the trails. They are wide, well marked and well maintained. A nice place to escape and enjoy the beauty of the area. Staff is great and we enjoyed talking to them.

Broadmoor (Mass Audubon) is a wildlife sanctuary in Natick. There are about 9 miles of trails, including a loop out by the Charles River. They offer many programs there for families and adults. Most all are nature based like owl prowls, canoe trips, fair-weather birding,...More

Had a wonderful talk on butterflies and damselflies and other pollinators under the outdoor pavilion at Broadmoor wildlife sanctuary. The talk was followed by a slow stroll through the meadows to see what we learned thriving in real life!
