Yes, the venue is very basic. But...what a great, small venue to see some amazing talent!!!! We saw Deadgrass over Labor Day Weekend and they were phenomenal! Ticket prices are much less than other places.

What fun! He is a super performer. The lyrics were politically inspiring and so needed right now. Truly he lights a candle in the darkness. With the wind gently rocking the back of the tent, a terrific summer's eve.

What a wonderful group of talented and fun people! Go and see this circus show as it is excellent! The open-air tent near the ocean is a special place to visit!

The Payomet is a small tented venue - every seat in the place is good - you are right there with the artist. They have some really great talented musicians and bands playing. It's set on an old army-type housing area - which is abandoned,...More

We saw Squirrel Nut Zipper (SNZ) at Payomet and it was an awesome treat. This venue has hosted a wide variety of excellent performers the last 20 years and we've never been disappointed. SNZ was by far the best act we've enjoyed at Payomet. Their...More

We have attended two of Payomet's performances. We really like having a major performing arts venue close to where we stay Down Cape. The Della Mae Bluegrass event was wonderful and was held off-site at the lodge near our hotel. The recent Marcia Ball, which...More
