As a cyclist, I was enveloped with the challenge of the ride(many steep hills), and as a lover of nature, I would stop and enjoy the surroundings. Pack a lunch as there are many stops along the trail for rest and and a snack break.

Too a walk here on a dreary damp November day. It was so beautiful. Leaves rustling as you walk. Given the weather very few people. And people walking in the woods are most pleasant. This is a great walk either the short trail or extended 1 mile trail. Check it out you'll be glad you did.

Beautiful bike trail keeping you off the main roads. The trails are well marked. Not too crowed in June.

This is a lovely trail for viewing nature. You must be able to climb up a steep inlcline to do the entire trail. The bog has wildlife to be enjoyed.

Going late September we saw some trees starting to change colour, which was nice. But I'd expect anytime would be old to ride on this well maintained, very safe path, as it is such a change from the rest of the quite beautiful Province Lands Trail, with its views of sand dunes. The lake was ok, but the best bit... More

We took this little detour while riding along the bike trail. The trail is in good shape and is only a short distance off of the Provinceland bike trail. It dead ends at a little pond and takes you through an old maritime forest. Totally worth the trip of the well beaten path!

I enjoyed the entire trail bu bike but this area was just stunning. It was a peaceful beauty. It was the easiest park of the trail and the most shaded. The entire bike trail probably took my family (2 adults, 2 children) about 2 hours with a couple stops at the beaches. This section was probably only 20-30 minutes. Definitely... More

Easiest Part of the Bike Path. There is a little pond and a quiet area at the end to rest and ponder. You may find someone else doing the same.

This is an annual "warbler trap" destination in the spring, and often, too, in the fall, but the scenic and accessible paths are good in any season. We've seen wonderful things here and treasure its natural beauty.
