Breathtaking views that remind you how amazing nature is. Go to the visitors center and take in the lookout from all angles. It's worth it!

The visitors center here is pretty small, but we really enjoyed going up to the lookout. The kids liked that the binoculars were available for free, so we could get a closer look at the large sailing vessels. There is a small gift shop and staff available to answer any questions.

This is a multi-level visitor's center and ranger station, with an educational outlook. The center itself closes at 5:00, but the outer decks and bathrooms are separate and your visit can be prolonged if you wish. From the upper deck you can look out to the Atlantic and watch planes land, as well as have a 360 degree view of... More

This a cool place to visit and learn about the area. There is a theater where you learn about the Ocean and its unpredictable behaviors of past. The view is lovely.

The Visitor's Center is a great place to start your tour of P'Town (or to end it as the case may be). They have a very large observation deck that allows of a 360 view of the area. You can see the dunes, the ocean, whales, P'Town and the surrounding area. They have free telescopes so you can look out... More

The drive there is very scenic. Once you arrive, there are a number of very interesting and informative exhibits that describe the history of Provincetown as well as its geological origins. The outside viewing deck has spectacular views of the surrounding forest, dunes and beaches.

We randomly showed up, and found ranger nick about to lead a junior ranger parking lot nature tour! we jumped in...and he was one of the best educators. I train teachers, so I am super critical...and he did every awesome teaching technique in environmental and outdoor ed possible...he got to their level, he engaged them in what could be boring,...
