Doane's Falls was fun to explore -- not crowded and clean. You're not supposed to swim in the falls but people were exploring the rocks below, which we did with our teens. There is an easy walk around the falls for families with younger kids....More

Great hiking around the area, great family spot and tons of kayakers. Easy up hill walk on a gravel path.

I heard about this place over a decade ago and never gave it any thought. Well to my surprise I was overwhelmed when I got there. I parked at an area that could basically only hold three maybe four cars. As soon as we got...More

My kids wanted to see waterfalls this summer - but without a lot of hiking. This place is perfect. The little parking area is easy to miss - we drove right by it on the first pass - but this was fortunate because we stopped...More

What a gorgeous, relaxing little hidden secret this is! We loved finding this waterfall on our tour and enjoyed a peaceful 2 mile hike through the woods! Don't miss it if you are in the area!

Parking is very limited however, I couldn't see any problem with parking along the road. There is a short, fairly easy walk down to the falls. Paths are well marked. Great place for picture taking. There are rail guides for everyone to stay on the...More

You used to be a letter to jumpninto the falls but the park rangers kinda stopped it. You can swim around the water at the bottom of the falls and it's cool, crisp and refreshing. Enjoy!

As long as they are leashed. Although if they're well-behaved, technically nobody is there to enforce the leash rule. Dogs are allowed as long as you pick up after them. 😁 My dog loved it.
