It's an amazing beach. The weather wasn't good for swimming due to Storm José but I still walked on the beach, collected seashells and took a lot of pictures. Loved every minute.

When we bring small children to a beach, it is important that the rest rooms are a short distance and helpful if the parking lot is also. Our first day surprised us with a rainstorm so it was a blessing to be able to hustle...More

Stopped for a few hours for beach time. Took a long walk about 2 miles down the beach to watch the para-sailers and jet skis on the far end. Some places quiet. Great sand and just a good spot to chill. Lots seaweed in the...More

Great option having Mike's so close to the resort. Pizza, burgers, salads, sandwiches - they have it all.

My family and I went for a walk here after eating lunch at Skippers Chowder House across the street. It was a little too cold to go in the water, but we took a walk on the beach and looked for shells and animals along...More

Sorry but if you really want a crystal clear beach water you won't find it here. There's a lot of dead animal shells and you can't see your feet in the water as it's brown. Better try other options around here. It seems like this...More

If you don't mind seaweed, just step over and get to sand. Very warm waters, playground for kids and overall nice.

Yes. On nice summer weekends in July and August expect a mob scene at most Cape beaches. To deal with the crowds: 1. Plan to arrive EARLY 2. Ride bikes and leave the car at the hotel 3. Try going later in the day - after... More
