This is one of the top Oceanographic Research places in the world. staffed by fantastic scientists and with amazing gear. It's not really a tourist attraction, though.

Spent an hour in here learning all about the submarine Alvin and his role in the discovery of the Titanic. There were also some great educational displays about marine mammal echolcation and shark research.

Hello Bassguy19: I believe Capt. Ballard is the director of the Centre for Marine Exploration at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. I would suggest contacting them with all your questions.
