This was a ferry with reasonable rates and good service. Variety of times and free shuttle from parking lot to ferry dock was helpful.

Pouring rain as we loaded. Staff super efficient and friendly. Online reservations, fast check in, easy on and off. We landed in Vineyard Haven. No sundeck today, but had comfy seats next to the windows where we enjoyed our coffees.

Made reservations online for our family and car. Very easy to check in, get on/off the ferry. Nice view from the deck. We lost our ticket about 5 minutes after checking in for return trip and they were great about replacing it quickly.
