This is a sleeper site. It never seemed "open" when we drove past. One day we stopped to figure it out. We stopped in the admin building and were welcomed to a slice of history we had never seen. This is not the most exciting event you will ever experience. It will leave you with lasting knowledge.

I visited the knothole gift shop at the Ford Village in Alberta this week and was AMAZED and inspired by the awesome woodworks there. The one of a kind rockers and dining table and chairs are OUT OF THIS WORLD! I'll be back.

Alberta has lots to offer, stories of Henry Ford's saw mill, you can tour it and learn so much you never knew about the man and his inventions. The grounds offer hiking trails and the lake has great big trout. I saw a bull moose cross the road right by the museum a few years back,
